I offer an old-fashioned style of customer service – Returns are easy & I genuinely appreciate every single one of you. 

My business is an online Cycling Kit recycling store, I’m here to help you save money, and make a positive impact both on the environment and my customers’ lives. 

As every single item I sell is pre-worn, and I sell in bulk, there will be the odd imperfection I’ll miss.  

Rest assured, I’m my mother's son, and she brought me up with the philosophy that integrity is everything. That will never change. 

Refunds will be easy, and customer satisfaction is always the priority. 

One thing,  

If you have a purchase, you’re disappointed with, please just email me.  

In a nutshell, I’m a sole trader dealing with literally hundreds of items so small details may get missed – I'll always sort it. I work very hard for all my reviews.   

• Damaged Items

I will make every effort to photograph and include imperfections in our products so it’s always transparent when purchasing. 

If the item condition is disappointing, just email me and I’ll sort it out straight away, no drama whatsoever.   

• Refunds  

All refunds will be processed quickly and efficiently.  I will email you to confirm it has been processed. Please keep in mind some card companies will take a little longer to show through. 

At the end of the day, I’m a sole trader with a passion – I’m not a massive company with a million email addresses, I’m very straight forward to work with.  

• Exchanges 

I’m happy to exchange items, because my customers are all that matters.  

A cycling kit either fits or it doesn’t, it’s the nature of the product.   

• Gifts 

If you’re purchasing as a gift, I’m happy to deliver the item directly to the recipient. Exchanges will still be easy & I’m very understanding the sizes are tricky when buying for others. 

If it’s easier, purchase a gift voucher, it’s available both in store and online. 
 

• Shipping 

All items have delivery costs specified and, in most promotions, included.  

I only use Royal Mail for deliveries, because of their speed and reliability. They are local, all deliveries easily tracked, and I have dealt with them for 5 years.   

The posties are consistently friendly and reliable, which I value far more when it’s a large part of my customer experience. 

There are cheaper online courier companies, but after substandard service and customer communication, I will never use them. My customers will only receive the very best service. 

• Washing Instructions 

Please wash all cycling apparel at a maximum of 30 degrees inside out on delicate, to preserve quality and condition.   

• DISCLAIMER 

Our cycling jerseys and kit are all received in USED, PRE –WORN condition.  

We do NOT produce any kit of any kind. No printing, no manufacturing, no copyright infringement of any sort. 

If there are any items in question, please email me the item number as listed and I’ll happily take it down and destroy it.  

With the kit, we can receive dozens of items a week, of all brands and designs. 

Most of them I’ve never seen before, all at ransom.

Any items with ‘no physical label’ sewn in, will be identified as reproduction item. 

If at any time you believe something not to be authentic, please email me and I’ll destroy it. 

I have absolutely no connection with the BRAND, ORGASNISATION, EVENT or INDIVIDUALS who owned these items before bringing them in.

I simply sell cycling kit at a great price, making it more affordable for everyone.  

These items are not currently endorsed by the brands or clubs – although it would be wonderful if they would like to. 

I have no affiliation & DO NOT represent any of the people, names, brands or organizations on any of the kit. Any such connection is purely coincidental & is not intended to infringe any Copyright or Trademarks. 

In fact, I’m offering a way the customers can try out all sorts of brands they never would have purchased beforehand. Any companies with items they’d like to add to the range, please get in touch I’d love to hear from you.  

• CUSTOM CHARGES 

If you are purchasing from outside the U.K. I am very happy to help make the experience as simple as possible. The items are available to any cyclist worldwide. 

Please email me before purchasing, identify what items you’d like by the item #. and I’ll weigh them, then advise any duty / extra costs involved. 

These extra postage fees will be payable by the customer, but I will do everything I can to reduce the costs.  Some countries are charged by weight, others by cost of the parcel. 

I will do the research and advise within one business day.

I reserve the right to refuse any order you place with me. I may, in my sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.  

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that I make a change to or cancel an order, I may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. 

 I reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. 

In other words if you’re a RESELLER, please contact the vintage suppliers directly and source cheaper bulk there. 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. 
 

I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
