The item must be in the same condition as you received it.

Please contact me before returning the product, I'll organise the fastest solution possible for you.

As all items are used, there will be a small degree of

wear and tear.

I'm happy to exchange/ refund with no quibble, it's the nature of the product.

With these lines, all are at random so replacements of the same design or different sizes are usually impossible , but exchanges for another design are fast and simple.
